I enrolled my son here when he was 5 due to some bullying issues at school in the hopes that he would become more confident and stand up for himself. He is now almost 13, a Jr. Black Belt, and I find more and more every day that karate influences all areas of his life. The skills he has learned here have benefited him in other sports he plays as well, with increased flexibility, agility, strength, and awareness. It’s hard raising kids in today’s world, and it’s nice to know we have a karate family for support in teaching the values we are trying to instill in him. I am proud of the young man he is becoming and know that these values will carry him through life. PS: Ladies, it’s fun for us moms too!
